Based upon the information provided on the LWRP Consistency Assessment Form submitted to this department, as well as the records available to me, it is my recommendation that the proposal is CONSISTENT with LWRP Policies and with the LWRP. Note that the walkway on the seaward side of the dwelling is located 18.7' from the Coastal Erosion Hazard Line.
