Located: 1905 Bay Shore Road, Greenport. SCTM# 1000-53-4-9 The proposed action has been reviewed to Chapter 268, Waterfront Consistency Review of the Town of Southold Town Code and the Local Waterfront Revitalization Program (LWRP) Policy Standards. Based upon the information provided on the LWRP Consistency Assessment Form submitted to this department, as well as the records available to me, it is my recommendation that the proposal is INCONSISTENT with LWRP Policies and with the LWRP. 1. The proposed design does not comply with the previous C&R filed in 2016 requiring a 10' wide vegetated buffer. 2. The setback is not identified. 3. The extension of development on the lot further seaward is not supported. Pursuant to Chapter 268, the Board of Trustees shall consider this recommendation in preparing its written determination regarding the consistency of the proposed action.
