Vaggi, Architect, on behalf of the owner of the premises known as PUGLIA RESIDENCE, 7995 MAIN ROAD, EAST MARION, NEW YORK confirm that the concrete footings and framing anchors installed at said project location were performed in compliance with standard and accepted building practice and building code. Included with this letter of photographs of the construction progress. Please-note, in lieu of the 12" diameter x 36" deep pier footings specified on the building department approved plans, the contractor installed 18"x18"x36° deep concrete footings. The post base anchors specified were installed. The horizontal hold-downs were installed per the approved.plans, and new solid wood blocking was installed between the existing house floor joists for additional stability.
