Kaelin - Si___t, e r~.~an__Approva! Dear Vic: We enclose a copy of a Deed which Mr. Kaelin has executed in order to combine the gas station property with the parcel on which he proposes to locate his lawn mower sales building° He has asked us to record the Deed immediately upon obtaining approval of the site plan for the proposed building. We enclose an application for building permit, in trip- licate, together with three sets of the plans and a copy of the site plan. If you will advise us of the fee, we will promptly forward a check. Mr. Kaelin has also asked us to advise you that he in- tends to apply to the Zoning Board of Appeals for permission to redivide the property and obtain a Variance for insufficient rear yard set-back of the building. He is merging the parcels only so he can obtain quick approval for the erection of his building since it has been scheduled for delivery within the next couple of weeks, and the manufacturer will not delay its delivery schedule. He would have preferred to obtain a Variance for the insufficient rear yard, but the Zoning Board of Appeals has advised us that they cannot~ assure us a hearing date until their July meeting, and the building will be arriving months prior to then. We appreciate your assistance and ask that you call if you need any additional information. Very ~ruly yours, J~gail A. Wickham Town of Southold Main Road Southold, N.Y.
