Block-4 Lot-23.1 This is in reference to the "As-Built'certification of the new rear deck at 2540 Bayshore Road, Greenport,NY. This deck was constructed in May 2021 and photograph documeptation of the installation was provided by the owners. In addition, I inspected the site in March 2022,April 2022 and May 2022. At these times I verified the construction and developed the design drawings used to obtain the noted permit. Included in my inspection were the foundations, framing and strapping. Foundation items inspected included footing depth, size and reinforcement. Framing items inspected included lumber type/grade, lumber size, dimensional spacing, framing connections, bearing, strapping and integration with the concrete foundation. Result—Based upon inspection of this project and to the best of my knowledge, belief and professional judgment, construction as installed complies with the plans and applicable codes of the IRC,NYS and Southold Town Building Codes.
