Upon inspection of the accessory building in your rear yard, it was noted that someone is apparently living in the building. It is a violation of the Code of the Town of Southold Art. XIV, 100-141, 100-144 to have an expired Building Permit and to occupy a building without a Certificate of Occupancy. It is a violation of Art. III i00-30A(1) to have more than (1) one dwelling unit on a lot. It was further noted that junk vehicles are being stored on the south end of your property which is a violation of Chap. 54-1 of the Code of the Town of Southold.
