WHEREAS, a public hearing was held and concluded on August 8, 1985, in the Matter of the Application of GEORGE AND DORIS SULLIVAN, Appeal No. 3380; and WHEREAS, the board members have considered all testimony and documentation entered into the record in this matter, and it.is noted that there has been no opposition from the public; and WHEREAS., the board 'members are personalt'y familiar with the premi, ses in question and the surrounding prope.rties; and WHEREAS, the board made the following'findings-of fact: 1. By this application, appellants request permission to locate an 10' by 14' access, ory storage ~tructure in the easterly sideyard area with a ~equested setback of three feet from the easterly property line and approximately 45 feet from the front property line along Beach Road. --2. The parcel in question is located'in the "A" Residential and Agricultural Zoning District, contains an area of approximately 20,000 sq. ft_. with 100' frontage along Beach Road, Gre. enport, NY; and is identified on.~the Suffolk County Tax Maps as .Distr. ict 1000, Section 43, Block 03, Lot 0~.. 3. The kubject premises is presently improved with one single- family dw.elling situate approximately 30 feet off Beach Road and for which a Certificate of Occupancy No. Z5992 was issued by the Building Inspector on July 9, 1974. 4.
