Certificates of Occupancy for The Southland Corporation
(7-Eleven), I have enclosed a check for $15.00. Also
enclosed are the application forms for the Certificates.
At this time we are respectfully requesting a final inspec-
tion of the storage building.

1. Final survey of property with accurate location of all buildings, property lines, streets, and unusual
natural or topographic features.
2. Final approval of Health Dept. of water supply and sewerage disposal--(S-9 form or equal).
3. Approval of electrical installation from Board of Fire Underwriters.
4. Commercial buildings, Industrial buildings, Multiple Residences and similar buildings and installa-
tions, a certificate of Code compliance from the Architect or Engineer responsible for the building.
5. Submit Planning Board approval of completed site plan requirements where applicable.
B. For existing buildings (prior to April 1957), Non-conforming uses, or buildings and "pre-existing"
land uses:
1. Accurate survey of p~perty showing all property lines, streets, buildings and unusual natural or
topographic features.
2. Sworn statement of owner or previous owner as to use, occupancy and condition of buildings.
3. Date of any housing code or safety inspection of buildings or premises, or other pertinent informa-
tion required to prepare a certificate.

11, 1985 regarding the Certificates of Occupancy for
the Southoland 7/Eleven stores.
I pulled the files for the permits in question. They
show that no final inspection was made. In order to get
the certificates we must make an inspection. Please
call our off,ce to arrange this. Also I am returning
your check that you sent in the amount of $30. The
amount due for each certificate is $5.00. Please send
us a check for $15.

check.

The following actions were taken by the Southold Town Planning
Board, Monday, July 29, 1985.
RESOLVED that the Southold Town Planning Board approve the
site p~9~'~.f Seven Eleven located at Southold for the construction
of a'~bu--~n~ ~-~n ~-~-~ a~ ~a-~ r-~sed 11/1/84 and
certified by the Building Department.
RESOLVED that the Southold Town Planning Board approve the
site ~g~%-of Seven Eleven located at Greenport for the construction
of a ~ building; plan dated 11/1/84 and certified by the
Building Department.
RESOLVED that the Southold Town Planning Board approve the
site plan of Seven Eleven located at Cutchogue for the construction
of a storage building; plan dated 3~14/84 and certified by the
Building Department. Subject to the conditions of the Board
of Appeals regarding variance No. 3323.

Please let this confirm the action taken by the Southold
Town Planning Boar~ Monday, May 20, 1985.
RESOLVED that the Southold Town Planning Board refer the
site plan of Seven-Eleven at Cutchogue to the Building Department
for certification. This site plan is for a storage building
for returnable bottles.
Would you please forward three (3) surveys indicating
the easterly side yard open, with an unlocked gate, asL,per
the Board of Appeals condition No. 4, for our referral to the
Building Department.
