WHEREAS, a publi, c hearing was held and concluded on April ll, 1985, concerning the Matter of THOMAS HIGGINS under Appeal No. ~335; and WHE~EAS, the board has consider'red all testimony and documentation entered into the record during the public hearing; and WHEREAS, the board members have psrsonally viewed and are familiar with the premises in question as well as it~ surrounding area; and WHEREAS, there has been no opposition received concerning this proposed accessory §arage in frontyard area as applied; and WHEREAS, the board made the ~ollowing findings of fact: 1.
