I. Final survey of proper~y with accurate location of all buildings, property lines,
streets, and unusual natural or topographic features.
2. Final approval of Heal :h Dept. of water supply and sewerage-dlsposal(S-9 form).
3. Approval of electrlcal iustallatlou from Board of Fire Under,fliers.
4. Sworn statement from p~umber certifying that solder used in system contains less'
than 2/10 of IZ lead.
5. Commercial buildings, industrial buildings, multiple residences and similar:
buildings and inscalla~ions, e certificate of code compliance from the Archxtect
or Engineer responsible for the buil'ding.
6. Submit Planning Board lApproval of completed site plan requirements.
For existing buildings (~rior to april 9, 1957] non-conforming uses, or buildings
and "pre-existing" land 9scs:
I. Accurate sux-vey of property showing all property lines, streets, buildings and
unusual natural or to0ographic features.
2. A properly completed ~ppllcatlou, a consent to inspect siEned by the applicant
and a certified abstract of title issued by a title company which shall
show single and separate ownership of the entire lot prior to April 9, 1957.
If a Certificate of O~cupancy is denied, the Building Inspector shall state the
'r~asons therefor iu~itlng to the applicant.
3. Date of any housing code or safety inspection of buildings or premises, or other
pertinent xnformatxonlrequired to prepare a certificate.
For Vacant Laud Certlflc~te of Occupancy:
I. An application for valcaut land Certificate of Occupancy shall be submitted,
and a certified abstract of title issued by a title company showlug single and
separate ownership of the entire lot prior to April 9, 1957 shall also accompany
the application. Ifia Certificate of Occupancy is denied, the Building Inspector
shall state the reasons therefor in ~rltiu§ to the applicant.
