Final survey of property with accurate location of all buildings, property lines, streets, and unusual natural or topographic featu res. 2. Final approval of Health Dept. of water supply and sewerage disposal--(S-9 form or equal). 3. Approval of electrical installation from Board of Fire Underwriters. 4. Commercial buildings, Industrial buildings, Multiple Residences and similar buildings and installa- tions, a certificate of Code compliance from the Architect or Engineer responsible for the building. 5. The Board determined that no permit will be necessary, subject to the adoption of a resolution on June 26, 1985 with the following provisions: 1. During excavation the fill must be contained so that it does not wash into the creek. 2. No backwash from the pool is to be discharged into the creek. 3. The area adjacent to the bulkhead is to be stabilized with a suitable ground cover for environmental stability. Also, please find attached DEC letter of compliance for the proposed work. Since the pool construction will take place landward of a substantial man made structure the existing functional bulkhead greater than 100" in length constructed prior to September 20, 1977, and since any re-grading of the fill from the pool will be contained behind the existing functional bulkhead on said property, we request that a waiver of the town policy in existance today be granted to Mr/.Knell on this permit for the construction outline above and detailed on the attached survey.
