I found that the building has been converted into a studio and is not consistent with the permit application or plans. In order to obtain a Certificate of Occupancy you must submit an am~ended application for a building permit stating the use is to be a studio and amended plans showing the bathroom, plumbing and heating along with a check for $25.00. As soon as this is done we can reinspect the building and issue a Certificate of Occupancy. Thank you for your cooperation and immediate attention to this matter.
