They stated objection to the improvements made on this right- of- way, Monday, August 2, 1982, which was reported as remov- ing sand from Latham's Sandpit and spreading it on the exist- ing hard-packed road. Concern was also expressed about possible runoff of rain water onto their property and the difficulty bicycles and motor operated bikes will have due to the sandy mixture used. The reason being, any Subdivision of Property needs the Approval of t~e Planning Board. I have not found any records this parcel having been approved to be Subdivided from other property of the owner. I have mailed you a Disapproval on this matter. The Zoning Board of Appeals #1843 was for Access App~eval to a smaller lot. I will not be able to issue any Vacant Land Certificate of Occupancy or any Building Permit until the Subdivision of Property and access has been approved by the proper Boards. Jr.~ Dear Mr. Fischer: On June 19, 1981 I forwarded to you an application for a vacant land certificate of occu- pancy with survey and my check for $5.00. On June 29, 1981, I advised you that this property was subject to a variance application under appeal no. 1843 with decision rendered on August 22, 1973. Mr. Olsen, the attorney for the buyer, is concerned as to whether or not the access to the subject premises is an approved access. Therefore, please note on the vacant land certificate of occu- pancy that the access has been approved under the aforementioned appeal. Thank you for your courtesy and cooperation in this matter.
