You indicated that there would be no problem as the size of our piece of land would easily accommodate the required distances. Our home is basically centered in' the middle of the property and we plan to have the septic system come out the front and the well be out the back. I have also noticed that Sealand Surveying and Engineering incorrectly indicated a 50' right of way which does not exist. Please note this. If it were the intention of 0verton to grant a Right of Way over property being conveyed to Albertson, that intention was not con- tained in Schedule "A" of the Contract of Sale executed by Overton to Albertson, nor was it reflected in the examination of the records in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office Survey ordered by you and submitted to this oI[ice by Sealand Surveying and dated 12/12/84 does not indicate any such Right of Way nor does it show property being used for ingress and egress based on any such Right of Way. Based upon this search and survey, we issued your client a title policy free of any Right of Way.~ Our company will stand by our examination and fully detend any claims made against said property.
