Final survey of property with accurate location of all buildings, property lines, streets, and unusual natural or topographic features. 2. Final approval of Health Dept. of water supply and sewerage disposal-(S-9 form or equal), 3. Approval of electrical installation from Board of Fire Underwriters, 4. Commercial buildings, Industrial buildings, Multiple Residences and similar buildings and installa- tions, a certificate of Code compliance from the Architect or Engineer responsible for the building. 5. No work shall begin until all necessary permits have been issued. All work shall conform to local and N.Y.S. Building Codes. 2. Use figure dimensions over scale. 3. Contractor to verify all dimensions and conditions at the site. CONSTRUCTION NOTES A. Concrete Notes: 1. All work shall be in accordance with the A.C.I. code 318-56 2. Ail concrete shall be air entrained concrete. 3500 PSI compressive strength in 28 days. 3. All reinforcement shall be in accordance with A.S.T.M. A185-61T and A82. 4. Minimum lap shall be 9" and edge lap 2" for all welded wire mesh reinforcement. Masonry: 1. Concrete masonry units to be grade P, for moderate exposure and grade G for no exposure. ~. Masonry walls shall have durowall ~ 16" o.c. vertically. 3. Mortar shall comply with ASTM C270-1964, type N proportioned, 1 part of portland cement, 1 part of hydrated lime or lime putty and 6 parts of aggregate. ~ 4. All structural steel to be primed with (1) coat of shop paint and (1) coat of red lead paint at the site. Wood Framing: Structural lu~ber shall conform to current WWPA National Design Specification for stress grade lumber.
