Suffolk County Tax Map ~1000-95-04-19 Dear Mr. & Mrs. Miller: The Southold Building Department has received a complaint concerning an apparent charter bus business being operated at the above premises. During the investigation of this complaint a large charter bus was observed being stored behind your barn. Please be advised that this is not an allowed use in an A-C zoned district, and in order to avoid possible legal action by the Town of Southold the use must be discontinued immediately. In addition during the investigation it was discovered that Building Permit ~14541-Z has expired and a Certificate of Occupancy has never been issued for the completed work.
