Davis Dates: 10/3 and 10/4/84 RE: GF~?RGE & OPAL AKSCIN-MINOR SUBDIVISION - ACCESS ROAD COMMENTS: October 3, 198~: As requested, I inspected the base course for the above road. The course was acceptable for width and depth as called £or. Clearing has been done for the road length of ~30 ft. which goes to the property line of Lot No. l~ not into the lot as shown on the map by Van TUylo I assume that the owner advised the contractor as to the road length. October 4, 1984: the base course was regraded, rolled and an asphalt top course placed by Corazzini & Sons. I was unable to bepresent when the asphalt course was placed. Tae width ss called for is correct and test holes in the material show compacted depths from 2" to 2~.". Tonnage of material used according to Corazzini records is 75 tons. ~he texture of the surface for the last load of material does not h~ve the same appearance as the other loads. ~his will occur when asphalt with bankrun aggregate material is used. ~he asphalt road length is 430 ft. and with the 12 ft. width is 573 S.Y. which theoretically would require 78~ tons for a 2~" depth.
