We took title to the property on November 15, 1985. I am enclosing a copy of our survey which shows the pro- perty's elevations which are calculated from mean sealevel accord- ing to our surveyor. We intend to construct a private one-family dwelling at least one-hundred twelve feet (112') from the southwesterly boundary of the property which divides our property from the property now or formerly of the State of New York. The house is to be constructed where the property's elevation is not less than fifteen (15) feet. It is assumed that the actual elevation will be between twenty-five (25) feet and thirty (30) feet.
