Dear Mr. MeCabe:
The following actio~ was taken by the Board of Trustees at their
regular meeting held on April 24, 1986 regarding Wetland Application
No. 361. '~
Moved by Trustee Goubeaud seconded by Trustee Bredemeyer
WHEREAS, William D. MeCabe applied to the Southold Town Trustees for
a permit under the provisions of the Wetland Ordinance of the Town of
Southold,
application dated February 10, 1986 , and
WHEREAS, said application was referred to the Southold Town Conservation
Advisory Council for their findings and recommendations, and
WHEREAS, a Public Hearing was held by the Town Trustees with respect
to said application on April 24, 1986 at which time all interested
persons were given an opportunity to be heard, and
WHEREAS, the Board members have personally viewed and are familiar with
the premises in question and the surrounding area; and
WHEREAS, the Board considered all testimony and documentation submitted
concerning this application; and it is noted for the record that there
has been no public opposition~ and
WHEREAS, the Board has determined that the project as proposed will
not affect the health, safety, and general welfare of the people of
the Town,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED that William D. MeCabe be and hereby is granted ~ermission

yds.) This permit is issued with the following p~ovisiohs:
1. Roof run off shall be di'scha~ged' to dry wells.
2. Driveways and parking areas within 75 ft. of the
wetland area shall be of porous ~construction. Blacktop shall not be
used on this site. (existing driveway may stay as is)
3. Care shall be taken so as to preclude the entry of

any construction material into adjacent waters.
5. Immediately following construction, all areas of
exposed soil shall b~ properly protected with suitable erosion control
devices and/or vegetated to prevent entry of eroded soil into nearby
waters.
6. During construction hay bales shall be placed along
the wetland fringe to avoid any entry of materials into the pond.
This permit is granted under the provisions of the
Wetland Ordinance of the Town of Southold. This permit will expire
on April 24, 1987 if work has not commenced by same. There are two
inspections required and the Trustees are to be notified upon completion
of the work.

sets of plans, accurate plot plan to scale. Fee according to schedule.
b. Plot plan showing location of lot and of buildings on premises, relationship to adjoining premises or public streets
or areas, and giving a detailed description of layout of property must be drawn on the diagram which is part of this appli-
cation.
c. The work covered by this application may not be commenced before issuance of Building Permit.
d. Upon approval of this application, the Building Inspector will issued a Building Permit to the applicant. Such permit
shall be kept on the premises available for inspection throughout the work.
e. No building shall be occupied or used in whole or in part for any purpose whatever until a Certificate of Occupancy
shall have been granted by the Building Inspector.
