A. This application must be filled in typewriter OR ink, and submitted m ammmmm to the Building Inspec-
tor with the following; for new buildings or new use:
1. Final survey of property with accurate location of all buildings, property lines, streets, and unusual
natural or topographic features.
2.Final approval of Health Dept. of water supply and sewerage disposal-(S~9 form or equal).

Dear Ms. Kruk,
In response to your letter dated Sept. 1, I have enclosed a copy of the use
regulations for the zone your company occupies. The regulations are written with
the understanding that if a use is not listed as permitted, it is prohibited. Section
100-31 A lists permitted uses, 100-31B are special exception uses and C are the
accessory uses permitted in conjunction with a use outlined in A or B. The
permitted use section is limited to dwellings and agriculture, no business uses
are listed.

Dear Mr. Kruk,
Please be advised that complaints regarding the use of the above referenced
property have been received by this office. The complaint concerns the use of
the structure located there to operate an irrigation contractors business. This
building was constructed and a CO has been issued as a storage building. The
alleged violations include; occupancy without a CO for the use, Non- permitted
use in that zone, operating a business without site plan approval.
Please contact this office within 10 days to discuss this matter.

sets of plans, accurate plot plan to scale. Fee according to scttedule.
b. Plot plan showing location of lot and of buildings on premises, relationship to adjoining premises or public streets
or areas, and giving a detailed description of layout of property must be drawn on the diagram which is part of this appli-
cation.
c. The work covered by this application may not be commenced before issuance of Building Permit.
d. Upon approval of this application, the Building Inspector will issued a Building Permit to the applicant. Such permit
shall be kept on the premises available for inspection throughout the work.
e. No building shall be occupied or used in whole or in part for any purpose whatever until a Certiricate of Occupancy
shall have been granted by the Building Inspector.

FOOTINGS AND ANCHOF~GE - Column holes are dug 4 feet mir. depth below grade and ready-mix concrete
pads or dry con:rote mix pads are poured in place (note plans for size & type). A 1/2" galvanized
steel rod is placed 2-1/2" from bottom of column. Additional concrete mix is poured around base
of column then backfilled ~th soil and compacted at 8" intervals.
SPL~.SHBOARDS - Splashboards are No. 2 or better southern yellow pine 2"x$" S2S and center matched,
pressure treated to ~ net retention of .4 pounds per cubic foot with Chrcmated Copper Arsenate
Type III, Oxide ~ype, in accordance with American Wood Preservers' Association Specification B2.
