Section 3"which map was filed in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on October 8, 1996 as Map No. 9913,
being bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the Southwesterly side of Gabriella Court distant 246.30 feet Northwesterly from the intersection
of the Southwesterly side of Gabriella Court and the Northwesterly side of Tabor Road; said monument also being where
the division line of Lot Nos.6 and 7 on the above mentioned map intersects the southwesterly side of Gabriella Court;
RUNNING THENCE South 52 degrees 19 minutes 20 seconds West along the previously mentioned division line 263.01
feet to a monument and land(now or formerly)of Grabowski;
THENCE North 38 degrees 31 minutes 50 seconds West along said land 151.90 feet a monument on the division line of
