State of New York, known and designated as Lot 14 on a certain map entitled, "Map of Fields at Mattituck", filed in the
Office of the Clerk of Suffolk County on the 31st day of March, 2006 as Map#11370 Abstract#15719 being bounded and
described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the Northeasterly side of Stanley Road distant 861.04 feet Easterly, Northeasterly and Northerly,
as measured along Stanley Road, from the extreme Easterly point of a curve which connects Southerly side of Stanley
Road and the Easterly side of Fawn Lane:
RUNNING THENCE along Stanley Road along the arc of curve to the left with a radius of 300.00 feet, a distance of 130.00
feet to the intersection of Stanley Road and the division line of Lots 14 and 15 on the aforesaid Map;
THENCE along said division line North 27 degrees 24 minutes 16 seconds East 350.28 feet to land as shown on Map of
Sunset Knolls Section Two, Map Number 5448;
THENCE along said lands and along land now or formerly of the Suffolk County Water Authority the following three(3)
courses and distances:
1. South 21 degrees 48 minutes 40 seconds East 68.86 feet;
2. South 23 degrees 14 minutes 40 seconds East 100.03 feet, and,
3. South 22 degrees 00 minutes 50 seconds East 114.30 feet to the division an line between Lots 13 and 14;
THENCE along said division line South 52 degrees13 minutes 58 seconds West 215.12 feet to the Northeasterly side of
Stanley Road at the point or place of BEGINNING.
