situate lying and being in the Hamlet of East Marion, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk, State
of New York, being more particularly bounded and described on Exhibit "A" annexed hereto.
BEING AND INTENDED to be the southerly portion of lands conveyed to the parties of the first
part by Edna A. Brown by deed dated November 1, 1950 recorded at the Suffolk County Clerk's
Office November 2, 1950, at Liber 3146 cp 598. (Also shown as the southerly portion of premises
shown on Suffolk County Real Property tax service agency map as District 1000, Suffolk 31,Block
12, parcel 5.)

Town of Southold, County of Suffolk, State of New York, being more particularly bounded and
described as follows:
BEGINNING at the division at the northeasterly corner of the premises being conveyed and the
southwesterly corner of premises now or formerly of Peter John Vogt, and the westerly line of a
private road known as Bay Lake Park or Truman's Path, East Marion, New York; running thence
along the easterly line of Bay Lake Park of Truman's Path,South 25 degrees 54 minutes 20 seconds
East 78.00 feet to the division line between the southwesterly corner of the premises being
conveyed and the northeasterly corner of lands now or formerly of Ketcham and the easterly line
of Bay Lake Park or Truman's Path; running thence along lands now or formerly of Ketcham
South 64 degrees 05 minutes 40 seconds West 245.00 feet, more or less, in Marion Lake; running
