The plan entitled "site plan for Robert A. Celic" was originally submitted in February, 1985 and is presently awaiting certification by the building department. This plan has been reviewed (numerous times) by the planning board and is a ~equest for an addition to my existing building located at Main Road and Marlene Lane, Mattituck. The proposed zone in the master plan remains the same - "B-I". I would appreciate a "go-ahead" so construction can begin before winter arrives.
