When Dick Strouse was here last week following our meeting, he revealed that the western boundary of my property extends further than we realized. With Mr. Horton, Ken Edwards and Dick Strouse it was ascertained that the proposed dwell- ing would best be moved somewhat to ~he west, per- haps 20 feet further than we had agreed earlier. This serves to bring the proposed dwelling further back from the Pond and would allow the septic sys- tem~to have a better location. As you know I am extremely anxious to get this whole matter settled and and will very much appreciate your earliest attention to the matter. I look forward to hearing from you. You will note there is a full basement called for under the original house and crawl space under the kitchen addition. The screen porch will have a slab foundation. Roy Reynolds indicated to me yesterday that everything had been approved in their department and I will obviously send you confirmation to that effect as soon as I receive it. Once you have received that notification, is Lhere anything else that I have to provide you with. I will call you on Mon- day to double check on this.
