I am enclosing a copy of the inspect- ion report for the work on the addition. As I stated the permit has now expired and must be renewed and a Certificate of Occupancy must be issued for the permit. You also have an open permit #17060 which was for a renovation and a deck. This permit is still active until Dec. 6, 1989 and has had inspect- ions. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
