The proposed garage and storage building is shown on the March 10, 1986 site plan to be set back 150 feet at its closest corner from the front property line and set back 50 feet from the westerly (side) property line. The area for stockpiling of materials (such as gravel, sand, etc.) is to be located 100 feet from the rear property line, and 50 feet from both side property lines. In considering this application, the board finds and determines that: (a) the use requested will not prevent the orderly and reasonable use of adjacent properties or of properties in adjacent use districts; ~b) the use will not adversely affect the safety, welfare, comfort, convenience or order of the town~ (c) the use is in harmony with and will promote the general purposes and intent of zoning. The board has also considered subsections [a] throu§h [Ii of Article XI~, Section lO0-121(C)[2] of the Zoning Code. Accordingly, on motion by Mr. Sawicki, seconded by Mr. Douglass, it was RESOLVED, that a Special Exception for permission to construct 40' by 60' garage/storage building and establish stockpiling of materials, all as shown by Site Plan prepared by Sealand Surveying dated March lO, 1986, in the Matter-of the Application of DONALD J. GRIM, BE AND HEREBY IS APPROVED SUBJECT TO THE FOLI. This application must be completely filled in by typewriter or in ink and submitted to the Building Inspector, with 3 sets of plans, accurate plot plan to scale. Fee according to schedule. b. Plot plan showing location of lot and of buildings on premises, relationship to adjoining premises or public streets or areas, and giving a detailed description of layout of property must be drawn on the diagram which is part of this appli- cation. c. The work covered by this application may not be commenced before issuance of Bu/lding Permit. d. Upon approval of this application, the Building Inspector will issued a Building Permit to the applicant. Such permit shall be kept on the premises available for inspection throughout the work. e. No building shall be occupied or used in whole or in part for any purpose whatever until a Certificate of Occupancy shall have been granted by the Building Inspector.
