Final survey of property with accurate location of all buildings, property lines, streets, and unusual natural or topographic features. 2. The Planning Board finds that the landscaping and fencing that have been installed since our last inspection in 1987 are satisfactory substitutions for that which was shown on the approved site plan of 1986.
