Included is a $50.00 application fee, three sets of plans, a map of the Peninsula prepared by Chandler & Palmer of Norwich, Connecticut. As you will see by the plans and accompanying photographs, we would like to tear down the shed roof kitchen and erect a slightly larger kitchen with a gabled roof. The Z & S Construction Corp. will frame the structure and be responsible for electrical and rough plumbing - existing water and waste lines will be used. The structure will be on concrete piers with proper footings and skirted with pressure treated plywood. All materials used shall meet the requirements of the New York State Construction Codes. Should you have any questions, please call me collect at (203) 255-3018 or they can be transmitted via Ray Edwards, who is my neighbor. Thank you for your cooperation on this. If everything is in order, ~ hope to demolish the existing structure during September so that Z & S can do the rough framing, plumbing and electrical at their convenience during the Fall and Winter.
