i. Final survey of property with accurate locatzon of all bulldzngs, property lines,
streets, and unusual natural or topographic features.
2. Final Approval from Health Dept. of water supply and sewerage-dmsposal(S-9 form).
3. Approval of electrical installation from Board of Fire Underwriters.
4. Sworn statement from plumber certifymng that the solder used mn system contains
less than 2/10 of i% lead.
5. Commercial building, industrial bulldmng, multiple residences and similar buildings
and lnstallatmons, a certificate of Code Complmance from architect or engineer
responsible for the building.
6. Submit Plannzng Board Approval of completed smte plan requirements.
For existing buildings (prior to April 9, 1957) non-conforming uses, or buildings and
"pre-existing" land uses:
I. Accurate survey of property showing all property lines, streets, building and

Dear Mr. Reiter:
The following action was taken by the Southold Town Planning
Board, Monday, October 21, 1985.
RESOLVED that the Southold Town Planning Board approve the
site plan for the Community Christian Fellowshlp for construction
of a church located at County Route 48, Mattituck, sub3ect to:
1. Revised site plans indicating the following information:
-Grading in the parking area
-Surfacing in the parking area
-Approval from Suffolk County for use of the recharge'
basin
-All other site plan elements not already included on
the survey.
Please note, there will be no issuance of a certlficate
of occupancy until the above requirements have been me%.
Enclosed, for your review, is a list of all site plan
elements required.

Gentlemen:
The suboect property is zoned for "A" residential
and agricultural use. The pr6posed use is permitted by
Specxal Exception by the Zoning Board of Appeals which
was granted under Appeal #3372 dated July 18, 1985.
The 2500 square foot of building for use as class-
rooms and assembly would require 13 parking spaces. ?ark-
lng stalls as shown scale to less than requxred 10'-O" ~n
w~dth. However with the correct~on ~n width the parklng
area w~ll accomodate the requirements for proposed use.
This w~ll certify th~s site plan in meeting zoning
requirements.

The site drainage design for reject was
based upon the following criteria:
1) Six inches of rain in 24 hours
2) All runoff to be contained on site.
3) Average slope of finished ~rade to be 2 to 3 % from ~4 to NE.
4) C~nservative runoff coefficient of 0.5 used for lawn areas.
5) Drainage catch basin(s) for the parking area to be piped to an
On-site recharge basin 750Q s~uare feet in area with a 2 foot
minimum depth. This was based upon a per~olation rate sandy soil
of 1 inch per hour. Runoff from lawn areas will be directed to
the recharge basin by contoured final grade.
6) Area and Volume of the recharge basin was calculated to provide
adequate leaching and holding capacity for the anticipated 28,3300
cubic feet of runoff for the 6 inch in 24 hour storm with 2.14 acre
of pervious surface and 0.36 acres of impervious surface.
7) The lower terrace area ( to be brick on sand ) on the south side
of the buildin~ will be provided with a 4 foot diameter dry well,
4 foot depth.
8) The small drainage area at the southwest of the property which
which might be impeded by the slope on the west side of the
building will be diverted by appropriate contourin~ or conducted
by pipe through the slope and discharge to the catch basin in the
parking area.
