3.Approval of electrical installation from Board of Fire Underwriters
4. Commercial buddings, Industmal buddings, Multiple Remdences and mmilar buildings and installa-
tions, a cert~hcate of Code compliance from the Architect or Engineer responmble for the building
5.Submit Planning Board approval of completed rote plan requirements where applicable.
