1.Final survey of property with accurate location of all buildings, property lines, streets, and unusual
naturat or topographic features.
2.Final approval of Health Dept. of water supply and sewerage disposal-(S-9 form or equal).
3.Approval of electrical installation from Board of Fire Underwriters.
4.Commercial buildings, Industrial buildings, Multiple Residences and similar buildings and installa-
tions, a certificate of Code compliance from the Architect or Engineer responsible for the building.
5.Submit Planning Board approval of completed site plan requirements where applicable.
B. For existing buildings (prior to April 1957), Non-conforming uses, or buildings and "pre-existing"

Gentlemen:
During a review of our files, it was noted that the
Certificate of Occupancy has not been issued regarding the
above building permit.
According to the Code of the Town of Southold, Article XIV,
I00-141 and 100-144 a building permit is needed for construction
of a new dwelling and it is unlawful to occupy a dwelling until
a Certificate of Occupancy has been issued.
Your final inspection has been made. Please fill out the
enclosed application for Certificate of Occupancy and return to
this office with a check for $25.00. Also, please submit the
final Board of Health Approval.
This is your second notification. In order to avoid any
legal action, you must correct this violation immediately.
