sets of plans, accurate plot plan to scale. Fee according to schedule.
b. Plot plan showing location of lot and of buildings on premises, relationship to adjoining premises or public streets
or areas, and giving a detailed description of layout of property must be drawn on the diagram which is part of this appli-
cation.
c. The work covered by this application may not be commenced before issuance of Building Permit.
d. Upon approval of this application, the Building Inspector will issued a Building Permit to.~the applicant. Such permit
shall be kept on the premises available for inspection throughout the work.
e. No building shall be occupied or used in whole or in part for any purpose whatever until a ~ertificate of Occupancy

1. Insulation to be protected by vapor barrier where capable of absorbing moisture,
and to be continuous at plate lines, sill lines and corners.
2. Slab edge insulation to be provided in all living areas as shown on plan sections
or attached diagrams. The "R" value of this insulation is to be R=10.
3. Glazing in windows and sliding glass doors to be insulated glass, U=.58 maximum,
including frames.
4. Exterior doors to be urethane core or wood with storm door, U=.40 maximum allowed,
including frames.
5. Window and door manufacturers to provide a certificate of compliance - including
infiltration loss per 7813.5 of N.YoS. Energy Code.
a) All exterior joints at windows and doors, openings at walls, roof/ceiling
and at utility services to be weatherstripped and caulked respectively.
b) Fireplace units to be of such design, if provided, to include outside com-
bustion air with infiltration controls; 20 CFM flue damper, or non-
