1. Fmal survey of property w~th accurate location of all buddmgs, property lines, streets, and unusual
natural or topographic features.
2. F~nal approval of Health Dept. of water supply and sewerage disposal-(S-9 form or equal).
3. Approva~ of electrical mstallation from Board of Fire Underwriters.
4. Commercml buddmgs, Industrml buddmgs, Multiple Residences and mmilar buddmgs and installa-
tions, a certificate of Code comphance from the Architect or Engmeer responsible for the buddmg.
5 Submtt Pianmng Board approval of completed rote plan requirements where apphcab[e.

sets of plans, accurate plot plan to scale Fee according to schedule.
b. Plot plan showing location of lot and of buildings on premises, relatlonstup to adjoining premises or public streets
or areas, and giving a detmled descnptmn of layout of property must be drawn on the diagram which is part of flus appli-
cation.
c. The work covered by ttus apphcatmn may not be commenced before issuance of Building Perrmt.
d Upon approval of this apphcatmn, the Building Inspector will issued a Building Permit to the apphcant. Such permit
shall be kept on the premises avadable for inspection throughout the work.
e No building shall be occupied or used in whole or m part for any purpose whatever until a Certificate of Occupancy
shall'have been granted by the Building lmspeetor.
