Commercial building, ~ndustrial building, multiple residences and smmilar bumldimgs and installations, a certificate of Code Complmance from archmtect or engineer responsmbla for the building. 6. Submit PLanning Board Approval of completed smte plan requmrements. For existing buildlngs (prior to April 9, 1957) non-conforming uses, or buzldmngs and "pre-existing" land uses: i. Accurate survey of property showing all property tines, streets, building and unusual naturai or topographic features. 2. A final inspection was made on April l, 1988 and did not pass. According to the Code of the Town of Southold, Article XXVIII 100-281 and 100-284 a building permit is needed for any construction of additions, accessory structures or new dwellings, and it is unlawful to occupy or use said structure until a Certificate of Occupancy has been issued.
