Per our conversation, I would like to amend my building permit #16383 Z
for the additional construction of a foyer on the south side of my
Laurel cottage. This new construction will take place between the
existing structure and the outdoor shower on the deck.
Foundation will be 12"X12" block, 3"-6" beloW grade.
Fireplace chimney will be removed along with woodburning stove.
Enclosed you will find a detailed drawing of the above.

constructoin of the exterior walls.
The contractor will construct the walls of:

1/2 "plywood
R 7.5 rigid insulation boards
wood exterior shingles
This construction will satisfy the NY State Energy Code and will
suffice structurally.

a. Tiffs application must be completely filled in by typewriter or in ink and submitted to the Building inspector, with 3
sets of plans, accurate plot plan to scale. Fee according to schedule.
b. Plot plan showing location of lot and of buildings on premises, relationship to adjoining premises or public streets
or areas, and giving a detailed description of layout of property must be drawn on the diagram which is part of this appli-
cation.
c. The work covered by this application ]nay not be commenced before issuance of Building Permit.
d. Upon approval of this application, the Building Inspector will issued a Building Permit to the applicant. Such permit
shall be kept on the premises available for inspection throughout the work.
e. No building shall be occupied or used in whole or in part for any purpose whatever until a Certificate of Occupancy
shall have been granted by the Building Inspector.
