If work has not been started within one year the permit is
void.
Our inspector went to the property and did an inspection and
confirmed that no work has been started, so the permit is now
void.

The Planning Board has reviewed the above mentioned file in
response to your verbal inquiry about the road specifications.
The Board asked the Engineering Inspector, James Richter,
to prepare a ~eport in regard to the required road
specification~ for the development. The Planning Board has
accepted his ~eport, and a copy of same is enclosed.
Please note that the Board is not requiring the items
listed in the .last paragraph of the report in that they were not
required in the original subdivision approval.
