Moved by Trustee Bredemeyer seconded by Trustee Krupski WHEREAS, the Board members have pmrsonally viewed and are familiar with the premise's in question and the surrounding area; and WHEREAS, the Board has considered all of the documentation submitted concerning this request; and WHEREAS the Board made the following findmngs of fact: 1. By thzs request appellant requests a WAIVER of the Wetland Ordinance to raise the roof, raising the house and placing it on a new conventional foundation, at the proper base flood elevation requzred by F.E.M.A. 2. Property is located on Camp Mineola Road, Mattituck, New York. IN VIEW OF THE FOREGOING AND IN CONSIDERATION OF THIS REQUEST THE BOARD FINDS AND DETERMINES: i.
