Dear Sirs:
Please be advised, that as of 12:00 noon on November 24, 1986, a fence is bezng
constructed on the property line between my house, and Wicks house on the east side.
Twin Fork Fence has trlimmed my personal pzne trees, now after 10 years of growth
and towering above 15 ifeet, without my consultation or consent. To the best of my
knowledge, there has been no permit issued to the owner, Wmcks, or the renter,
Constantine as of thisl date. I would like said fence properly inspected, as the two
men that put the fence up did not use a transit to install the fence. Please also
be advised that I have contacted a Landscaper as to the damage that has been done
to my trees and their future growth. I understand that Wicks has legal power to
trim any portion of the trees that hang on their property. Twin Fork Fence told me
that Wmcks told them to cut the trees. I am stating now that if anything should
happen and these trees should become deseased or should stunt their growth for any
reason, I will hold Wzcks and Twzn Fork Fence responsible to replace any and all
trees that become damaged because of the cutting.
