exception in accordance with the Zoning Ordinance, Article IV,
Section 400, Subsection 1 as it refers to Article III, Section
306, for permission to reduce front yard setback on a corner
lot of residential use in a business district. Location of
property: north side Main Street and East side Second street,
New Suffolk, New York, bounded north by Rogers and Avent, east
by Januick and Majeski, south by Main street, and west by
Second Street.
8: 00 P.M. (E. S. T. ), upon application of Lefferts P. Edson,
Bayview, southold, New York, for a special exception in accord-
ance with the Zoning ordinance, Article III, Section 300,

a. This application must be completely filled in by typewriter or in ink and submitted in duplicate to the Building
Inspector.
b. Plot plan showing locotion of lot and of buildings on premises, relationship to odjoining premises or public streets or
areas, and giving a detailed description of layout of property must be drawn on the diagram which is part of this application.
c. The work covered by this application may nat be commenced before issuance of Building Permit.
d. Upan approval of this application, the Building Inspector will issue a Building Permit to the opplicant. Such
permit shall be kept on the premises available for inspection throughout the progress of the work.
e. No building shall be occupied or used in whole or in pa rt for any purpose whatever until a Certificate of Occupancy
shall have been granted by the Building Inspectar.
