STRICT APPLICATION OF THE ORDINANCE would produce proctical difficulties or unneces- sory HARDSHIP because lot on an existing dwelling could not the owner's property would be the only full size road several thousand feet in length on which a be erected. ; ; . 2. The hardship creoted is UNIQUE and is not shared by all properties alike in the immediate vicinity of this property and in this use district because aside from the area presently being subdivided, this is the'last remaining lot of a series in an open development area. 3.
