Form ZBl (Continue on other side) REASON FOR APPEAL Continued 1. STRICT APPLICATION OF THE ORDINANCE would produce practical difficulties or unneces- , sary HARDSHIP because other property sold previous to 1957 have been deeded beach rights and access to the beach through part of the adjacent properties, therefore I could not. give full use of the property to the purchaser. All lots sold on south side of South Lane are similar to the proposed lot I wish to sell now. 2. The hardship created is UNIQUE and is not shored by all prapel1ies alike in the immediate vicinity of this property and in this use district because it is unique in that it is odd sh~ped lot that contains ..xe than the required frontage. less 3. The Variance would observe the spirit of the Ordinonce and WOULD NOT CHANGE THE CHARACTER OF THE DISTRICT because all other lots on south s ide of South Lane are similar size and shape as the proposed lot next to it. This is a residential district mostly summer homes and proposed use is residential similar to all others. STATE OF NEW/Y~'Al ~~~!.:..&.
