SMITH SIGN : Th~s has been unner discussion for several
months. In addition to the electric sign on the north end of
the property which, incidentallY,is 200 ft on the road and 125
ft in depth Smith has a detached sign on the south end, a roof sign
on the peak, a sign on the sidewalk attached to a guy wire, a
wall sign over an entrance and areal estate sign at the office
entrance.
Smith would like to clean uo the place and is willines to take down
the roof sign, the sidewalk sign, the wall sign on the front of
the buileing, and replace the real estate broker si~n by a
smaller sign fastened to the building at the office ent_ance.
This sign is required by law ann he is willin~ to have a very
small sign at this ooint.
The detachen sign at the south enn is the one he woule like to
remove nrovi.!'Ifi' he can have a iletachei' sign at the eng;e of the
orooert~ ane ab out 10 ft from the property line on the street.
There will not be any wall sign.

The fact that he conilucts three separate businesses on the
property does not give him a right to more than two signs on
and iletached at the present buil<1ing.. However he has two separate
lots- one not havtng any buililing but used for storage of material
such as fencing, slate etc ane he could Glace a i'etachea sign
there anil if he wanted to buil,; a shea he coulil have a wall sign
as well but I ilin not bring that up at any time.
