In addition to the electric sign on the north end of the property which, incidentallY,is 200 ft on the road and 125 ft in depth Smith has a detached sign on the south end, a roof sign on the peak, a sign on the sidewalk attached to a guy wire, a wall sign over an entrance and areal estate sign at the office entrance. Smith would like to clean uo the place and is willines to take down the roof sign, the sidewalk sign, the wall sign on the front of the buileing, and replace the real estate broker si~n by a smaller sign fastened to the building at the office ent_ance. This sign is required by law ann he is willin~ to have a very small sign at this ooint.
