THE SPECIAL EXCEPTION IS REQUESTED BECAUSE
The Lot is Irregular, sloping,
and slightly undersize. We want to build the House on as high a ground
as possible. The more heavily t::rln'e1J.e-d Rge4..,isJ3ayv1,ew Drive.
The setback facing this Road will be 38 feet on the West corner of the
House, and approximately 30 feet on the North corner.
Facing Knoll Circle the House next to this Property has a setback of
only 23 feet on one end of the House, and we therefore do not believe
that the Granting of this Variance will have any adverse effect on the
geDeral characteristics of the area.

c. The work covered by this application may not be com menced before issuance of Building Permit.
d. Upon approval of this application, the Building Inspector will issue 0 Building Permit to the applicant. Such
permit shall be kept on the premises available for inspection throughout the progress of the work.
e. No building shall be occupied or used in whole or in part for any purpose whatever until a Certificate of Occupancy
shall have been gronted by the Building Inspector.
