The setback facing this Road will be 38 feet on the West corner of the House, and approximately 30 feet on the North corner. Facing Knoll Circle the House next to this Property has a setback of only 23 feet on one end of the House, and we therefore do not believe that the Granting of this Variance will have any adverse effect on the geDeral characteristics of the area.
