Mattituck, New york Gentlemen: The Board of Appeals reviewed your application for a variance on behalf of frederick A. Reiff and scheduled hearing for 7145 P.M., Thursday, August 8, 1963. (copy of the legal notice will be forwarded at a later date.) In examining this file we find that your application for a building permit shows a side yard reduced to 6 feet on the easterly side of the property.
