place suitable for this 13ft by 6ft building would be on an existing
concrete slab in the northeasterly corner of our lot

REASON FOR APPEAL
Continued
1. STRICT APPLICATION OF THE ORDINANCE would produce practical difficulties or unneces-
sary HARDSHIP because: this lot faces on Cedarbeach creek, which floods
a good part of the lot on high and storm tides. The house was moved
once and sits on piers to be above the high tides.

2. The hardship created is UNIQUE and is not shored by 011 properties alike. in the immediate
vicinity af this property and in this use district because This lot is low and slopes to
the creek.
3. The Variance wauld abserve the spirit of the Ordinance and WOULD NOT CHANGE THE
CHARACTER OF THE DISTRICT because: other lots are developed off this road
and facing the creek, they would have a siY'lilar problem \dth an
accessory building. There are no houses to the east or north east
of our hOY'le on this road.
