STRICT APPLICATION OF THE ORDINANCE would produce practical difficulties or unneces- sary HARDSHIP because It is the only level accessable spibt for the safe entry of a car~due to the fact that the property slopes steeply from aforementioned location of proposed garage to the water. 2. The hardship created is UNIQUE and is not shared by vicinity of this property and in this use district because land. all properties alike in ~e immediate due to sharp xX drop off of 3. The Variance would observe the spirit of the Ordinance and WOULD NOT CHANGE THE CHARACTER OF THE DISTRICT because there are other garages in this area with similar or less setback and will not change the character of neighborhood.
