SPECIAL EXCEPTION. By resolution of the Board it was determined that a special exception (X) be granted ( ) be denied pursuant to Article .....IV................. Section .....40.8........... Subsection ........................_.. paragraph ............................. of the Zoning Ordinance, and the decision of the Building Inspector (X) be reversed ( ) be confirmed because After investigation and inspection the Board finds that the applicant has a` motel located approximately three-quarters of a mile from the Main Road (Route 25) on Bay Avenue, Mattituck. In order to indicate the location of this motel it is important that a directional sign be placed at this location on the corner of Main Road (Route 25) and Bay Avenue. The Board finds that the public convenience and welfare and justice will be served and the legally established or permitted use of neighborhood property and adjoining use districts will not be permanently or (OVER) 2. VARIANCE.
