Continued
1. STRICT APPLICATION OF THE ORDINANCE would produce practical difflcu,lties or unneces-
sary HARDSHIP because aoplicant is the owner of' both the ..~.,
~OXWOOD APARTMENT prooerty and the l'IODCK STORE property, and
deSires to enlarge the parking area of the store nroperty so. as. to
provide adequate Qarking facilities.
2. The hardship created is UNIQUE and is not shored by 011 properties alike in the immediate
vicinity of this property and in this use district because applicant is the owner of
the two adjacent parcels both of which are in the ~usiness Zone,
one of which is used as an apertment house and the other as a
chain grocery store.
3. The Variance would observe the spirit of the Ordinance and WOULD NOT CHANGE THE
CHARACTER OF THE DISTRICT because ther~ would be no construction or erection
of any stvucture on said premises but merely the enlargement of an
existing parking area.
