D. Latham Estate, August 28, 1963. extended the varience on the plot occupied located on a private road north side of Orient Point, from August 28, 1962, to Subsequent to the date of that resolution, our lease with George E. and Dwight B. Latham was extended to October 31, 1963, a period exceeding the expiration date of the variance. Since we are still conducting tests at the site, it will be appreciated if the existing variance could be further extended to coincide with the expiration date of the present lease. I have discussed this matter with Mr. George Klaus, who is in charge of our test program (and who has previously appeared before your Board) and he advises that he will recommend to the corpora- tion that we try to obtain a further extension or extensions of the lease with the owners.
